Mentor Verlag was founded in 2016 and is currently one of the fastest-growing publishers in Germany, excelling in new digital marketing strategies. The founders intend to bring readers and authors closer together. The focus lies in community building with the help of physical books.
The Mentor team wanted to increase cooperation with many large and small bookstores. There are more than 6.000 bookstores in Germany, so the challenge was to gain a better market overview. Therefore they required a research tool to identify the most relevant partners.
We created a sourcing tool that identified and displayed the most relevant data points. With our support, the Mentor team created a communication strategy and established partnerships with many bookstores.
